Permanent TSB needed to develop and retain talent as they were as risk of losing people to their competitor due to lack of career opportunity. The bank typically had low engagement with their Learning Management System. Making learning appealing and easy to access if they were to engage their staff who were widely dispersed around the country. They wanted learning to be mobile and digital.
A foundation for the future: The Foundation platform allows Permanent TSB to build on their system and provide a seamless employee experience across all HR processes. PTSB plans to implement Performance and Goals as the next step, which will provide greater transparency for managing teams and ensuring goals are aligned to business outcomes.
The system has demonstrated that digital learning can meet all the business’s regulatory requirements, whilst also supporting and developing their staff in an engaging manner.

Ensuring that every customer is looked after and consistently receives the best service is a major challenge for a leisure travel business the size of Thomas Cook Group Airlines. The Airlines recognised the need to ensure they could continue to provide consistently great levels of service to their customers, to do so meant improving the systems to manage their employee learning experience.
TalenTeam worked with them to design a SAP SuccessFactors LMS solution that was pre-configured to match the briefing information provided by the Airlines and following best-practice methodology. The solution had to take into account the exacting standards of the international aviation industry. It also need to comply with the strict obligations and agreements of the German Workers’ Councils. TalenTeam were able to understand the restrictions and worked with Thomas Cook Group Airlines on the best approach.
