Each software update brings in new features and functionalities, many of which are opt-in. Delta training focuses on such new features in the system between specified versions and helps customers make informed decisions on using these new functionalities.

New Admin Training
New Admin Training is a customized training created specifically for a new administrator (or batch of administrators) and is usually specific to a role in the system. The training ensures that the administrator is able to actively use and manage the system with little or no support from other administrators.
- Audience: New Administrators
- Duration: Varies depending on the role (2 to 5 days)
Admin Training is designed to train the core team, administrators and key users in end to end use of the system. This is typically scheduled close to go-live. Training can be customized to be offered based on roles configured in the system but may require additional days of training. This is also used as a “train the trainer” training so your key users can then train the other administrators.
- Audience: Core implementation team, key users, administrators
- Duration: 5 days
Project Team Overview(PTO) Training
This training is designed specifically to train the core implementation team on the terminology of the system and to help prepare the project team for the configuration workshops. This helps the team map the current processes to the system terminology and help make better and more informed decisions during the workshop sessions.
- Audience: Core implementation team and configuration workshop participants.
- Duration: 1.5 to 3 days
