TalenTeam partnered with Vodafone to help them create an AI-based ‘full learning experience platform’, which handles staff resourcing, skills assessment and learning and development activities. The new platform replaced Vodafone’s disparate and heavily customised local HR systems, streamlining processes and aggregating data in the process.
It blends together SAP SuccessFactors Learning, Work Zone, BLEND LXP and Eightfold.AI technologies to create a ‘full learning experience platform’ and enable seamless interaction with other HR processes, such as career and succession planning.
At its core, the system is about making learning personal and purposeful, so knowing what skills you have, where you want to go, what you’ll need in three years’ time and making recommendations on the learning required to get there. It allows Vodafone to bring content together from various sources, like LinkedIn, and use skills targeting to connect cohorts of people who want to develop in a certain direction, all as a single experience.
