alenTeam worked with Thomas Cook to design a SAP SuccessFactors LMS solution that was pre-configured to match the briefing information provided by the Airlines and following best-practice methodology.
The solution had to take into account the exacting standards of the international aviation industry. It also need to comply with the strict obligations and agreements of the German Workers’ Councils.
Thomas Cook Group Airlines wanted their processes to be smarter, quicker and more efficient and determined that a Learning Management System (LMS) would be the solution.
SuccessFactors LMS provides catalogues that have organised their training needs and are delivered in a visually attractive and engaging way, to ensure uptake and compliance.
They expected to automate learning delivery, reduce time spent on administration, speed up reporting, track results more easily, ensure compliance, completions, and attendance. A Learning Management System would also increase delivery options such as online training and support for ‘on-the-job’ training.
