It represents the ideal solution for organisations looking for a more effective and automated talent management system. It improves user experience and automates tasks within SAP SuccessFactors. With TalentBox, organisations can streamline and enhance the efficiency of their HR tasks.
We had a chat with our Managing Director, Sandeep Nahata, to better understand how our new solution was created, what challenges we faced, and what’s next.

As experienced SAP SuccessFactors partners, we often come across a lot of unique business challenges that our customers face .
SAP SuccessFactors despite being a powerful tool, is also complex, difficult to integrate with other systems and lack customisation.
Feedback from clients has highlighted the need for easier automation tools, struggles with data migration, and a desire for simplified features in HR.
In response to these gaps, we decided to develop a tool that support cost management and task automation.
After some exploration we realised that the creation and maintenance of a new app in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) requires a substantial investment. Not knowing what results we can achieve with the new app, we needed to find a more cost-effective solution.
Not long passed before a team of HR technology experts, software developers, and business analysts came together to develop TalentBox. They not only addressed the current client concerns but also anticipated future HR needs.
We see TalentBox as a toolbox of microservices, each designed to address specific needs within SAP SuccessFactors. Customers can select and pay only for the services they need, significantly reducing the overall cost. TalentBox provides a customisable solution to organisation’s unique challenges.

TalentBox has grown significantly.
We have developed 8 applications within the platform, each designed to address specific challenges identified by our clients.
These applications have not only filled critical gaps but also reduced administrative burdens, making processes more efficient and bias-free.
Our journey with TalentBox is just beginning. We want to further enhance the functionality and efficiency of SAP SuccessFactors. Our plan for the next 18 months is to develop over 20 more microservices and ensure that our clients have the tools they need, to manage their HR efficiently.
