
TalenTeam recently partnered with an external agency to survey our clients, resulting in a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +73 which is way above the industry average that ranges from 20 to 40 for both IT and Professional Services companies.
NPS stands for Net Promoter Score which is a metric used in customer experience programs. The resulting NPS can be as low as -100 and as high as +100.
Simply put, it measures customer perception based on one simple question: how likely is it that you would recommend TalenTeam’s services to a friend or colleague?
