Alter Domus was looking for an enhancement to their Learning and Development system in a time where there were challenges with a growing workforce, fragmented L&D efforts, high attrition rates, and scattered compliance training. To address these, they launched MyAcademy with the help of our BLEND LXP.
MyAcademy provides a user-friendly experience with access to nearly 10,000 courses from Udemy and LinkedIn Learning. It offers development plans, curated playlists, and progress tracking.
Alter Domus, supported by TalenTeam, consolidated three learning systems into one, introduced BLEND LXP, and enhanced career path visibility. Engagement and communication were key to the project’s success.
The union of BLEND LXP with MyAcademy was a game-changer! The launch of MyAcademy led to increased training hours, higher employee engagement, reduced compliance risks, and significant cost savings. This transformation helped us earn the Stevie Award for Great Employers 2024.
