In 2012 I founded TalenTeam, a trusted SAP partner that specialises in guiding organisations through SAP SuccessFactors. My expertise in Human Capital Management technology, has been fundamental in shaping TalenTeam's growth and evolution. Through innovative approaches integrating technologies such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, and predictive analytics, TalenTeam has redefined the boundaries of human resources and talent management.
TalenTeam is based on profound values and experiences that shaped my life and the ethos of the company. TalenTeam is empathy, resilience and commitment to uplifting others. I founded TalenTeam based on my natural inclination towards supporting others, whether through academic assistance, educational programs for underprivileged children, or emotional and study support for college peers. I still bring these values with me.
TalenTeam emerged from recognising a gap within the SAP partner ecosystem, particularly around the Learning Module. This journey started with a focus on the Learning module but quickly expanded to support the full SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite, providing health checks, support contracts, and developing apps and extensions that enhance the platform's value.
We are based in the UK; we have extended our operations to the UAE and India.
It all started with organising "Ask an Expert" sessions for SAP SuccessFactors Learning. We created a platform for international clients to receive direct advice and solve problems. These initiatives, along with similar programs for new consultants, highlight our commitment to building a knowledgeable and inclusive professional community.
Our introduction to the Learning Symposium has also contributed cultivate a network of SAP SuccessFactors customers and enthusiasts who value the insights and expertise shared through these channels.
We are proud of our growth and industry recognition with the Raven Intel Customer Project Success Award. We are dedicated to excellence and our goal of assisting organisations in optimising their SuccessFactors system serves as a testament to our mission of creating a substantial impact and enhancing efficiency within businesses.

Outside the professional domain, Sandeep is a devoted family man, sharing his life with his wife, a mountaineer, their two daughters, and Clay, their energetic Husky. An enthusiast of the outdoors, he enjoys playing tennis, hiking with his family, and engaging in DIY projects at home with his children. His favourite creation, the Lazy Kid Feeder robot, exemplifies his playful inventiveness and technical ability.
