Royal Mail has used SuccessFactors Learning and SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone for HR to enable learning transformation. James joined Royal Mail in 2011 and has worked across Shared Services, Business Partnering and Learning. James led the introduction of SAP SuccessFactors Learning before taking on responsibility for Digital Learning Design and more recently has been given accountability for Learning Design across Royal Mail Group. James will share his experience of using SuccessFactors Learning in practise across an organisation of 150,000 employees.
