Donald Ross
Head of Learning & Engagement Solution, EMEA North, SAP SuccessFactors

Donald has been at the sharp end of learning and development for over 25 years. His background encompasses all aspects of learning from its management through technology to the development and delivery of synchronous and asynchronous learning, both formal and social. He has held senior leadership positions across a number of industry leading training providers and immediately prior to joining SAP Success Factors he was General Manager for SAP’s Education Business for the UK & Ireland. Donald was also heavily involved in SAP’s own Learning Transformation journey.

Sany Said
Principal Product Strategy Manager, SAP SuccessFactors

Sany Said is Principal Product Strategy Manager for the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System. Sany has been with SAP SuccessFactors for over 15 years with experience in managing product strategy and roadmap, new product features and enhancements, as well as an extensive background in customer implementations. Sany directly oversees many areas of the LMS product including Learning Libraries, Reporting, Open Content Network, and Validation, in addition to strategic product partnerships.

Rebecca Reagan-Thieme
Principal Product Strategy Manager, SAP SuccessFactors

Rebecca has been working with SuccessFactors product management since 2012, with experience in Performance and Goal Management, Career Development and Mentoring, and now as a strategy manager for SAP SuccessFactors Learning. Rebecca is passionate about making work life better by helping companies and employees find ways to support meaningful work and career growth.

Martina Willam
Director of Product Management (Talent), SAP SuccessFactors

Working in the Technology and HR area for 15+ years with a focus on Talent Management throughout - from Consulting, to HR itself, to Product Management, to build Talent Management solutions that people love.
