The customers are directed to the Project team orientation training where they will understand more about SuccessFactors and the individual modules
Best Practice Configuration
The best practise configuration is updated in the client’s instance of SuccessFactors and the customer is walked through the solution
The customer's system admin is trained to handle the system and the necessary configurations are explained
Testing & Sign-off
The final configuration is tested and signed-off by the customer
Getting Ready to Go Live
After sign off, TalenTeam specialists activate best-practice and get ready for the go live.
Engage to Go Live
The customer creates an engagement campaign to let all their staff know about the changes ahead. Everyone is super excited to see it live!
Handover to Client
TalenTeam continues to support the customer for 2 weeks after the go live making sure everybody is happy and everything is working smoothly.
